TwinMed, LLC is proud to announce it has welcomed Cliff Katab as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Katab joins TwinMed from Performance Team/Maersk where he served for 25 years in various roles, most recently as President. Katab succeeds long term executive of TwinMed, David Blonder, who will transition to the role of President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

“I could not be more pleased to have Cliff at the helm of our incredible organization,” shared Steve Rechnitz, Executive Chairman to the Board. “I have worked with him for several years as a member of TwinMed’s Board of Directors, and I respect his demonstrated leadership and knowledge. Cliff’s extensive experience supports both our growth and vision.”

TwinMed’s transition of leadership comes at a pivotal time as the company plans for continued growth in the post-acute care and hospice industries. Opportunities to expand services to the Skilled Nursing and Home Health & Hospice markets, and to refine TwinMed’s operating platform, has brought a critical need to enhance leadership and expertise.

“It’s been both a challenging and successful year,” said Blonder. “Despite all the obstacles 2020 brought our way, we continued to grow our business by doing the right things to take care of our customers and our people. Cliff has joined our team to offer strategic guidance and leadership as we take our company to new levels.”

While with Performance Team/Maersk, a leading logistics and supply chain company, Katab served as President and COO for the past 13 years. For more than three decades, he served within multiple roles and contributed to strategic planning, operational development and business development.
